Specially made tap socket set for use in restricted access where a T-handle tap holder is impractical or will not reach
Each socket inside features a square recess to firmly hold the tap square shank in place
An additional O-ring retention inside the socket drive also ensures a secure and cushioned grip on the threaded tap and prevents slipping during use
Depending on shank square size, works on various rethreading tap sizes up to METRIC M12 and SAE 1/2" also including 1/8" NPT and BSP
Ideal for efficient thread cutting, chasing and cleaning in tight space and awkward angles
Use with 1/4" and 3/8" square drive tools (or use with 12mm and 17mm spanners)
